Prior to establishing ACL, Ian spent the previous 21 years working as a Senior Claims Adjuster for Syndicate’s 561 & 566, L.C.O. (now Xchanging) and Sphere Drake Underwriting.

Currently providing strategic planning to a large Lloyd’s Syndicate, advising on closure and exit strategies on their Non-Marine Reinsurance portfolio and carrying out U.K. Cedant Audits.

Performing Independent Claims Peer Review to an established Lead Energy Syndicate, to verify compliance with internal protocols and the current Lloyd’s 8 claim management principles.

Providing adjusting support to several Lloyd’s Syndicates on both Direct and Reinsurance Non Marine claims matters.

Conducted a review for a Managing Agency of their entire claims operation, in conjunction with Internal Audit and Compliance Departments.

Multiple Claim Audits, Inspections and Reviews undertaken across numerous classes.
